DMR have allowed a race to be staged on the 5km section from Ripley Road to South Deebing Creek Road. Circuit will be an out and back course (10km loop) run several times depending upon grade. Surface is pristine asphalt and is fast.

Entry: $10
Prize money - Dependent upon entries but as usual Ipswich Club will pay good prize money with the majority of entry money put back as prizes.
Registration from 1:15pm

Juniors - 1:30pm - distances to be determined
D Grade - 2:00pm - 20 km
C Grade - 2:00pm - 30 km
B Grade - 3:00pm - 40 km
A Grade - 3:00pm - 50 km

If there is enough interest we will also run a tandem race - more to follow on that one!

How to get the start line: via Ripley Road, Ripley. Take the Ripley exit from the Cunningham Highway and travel south along Ripley Road until you come to a Roundabout - this is the Centenary Highway intersection with Ripley Road - Parking will be to your left and the race circuit will be to your right.
